Before Mrs Cavaglia became the mum of a ×îÐÂÂ鶹ÊÓƵ student, she was a NASA scientist who worked on the Space Shuttle launch. This week she dropped in to Woodstock to tell K-2 girls about the science of space and getting there.

History was brought to life for Year 5 by on-site learning in an overnight excursion to Bathurst. Panning and other traditional goldrush-era activities were complemented by line-dancing.
